We pay utmost attention for data security and data back up so as to ensure adequate measures and controls are in place to safeguard data’s confidentiality.

Data/Network Security
- Unique user name & password are assigned to every workstation.
- Media & USB ports are disabled in each workstation.
- Rules are defined for usage of Mobile phones & Tablets.
- Web site is secured with SSL certification which enhances web security & provides better monitoring over web traffic.
- Updated anti-virus software is installed on every workstation.
- Strong mechanism to take regular data back up on external storage device & secured cloud space like one drive.
Physical Security
- Office has a single entry/exit system & is under 24x7 CCTV surveillance.
- We have installed an alarm system and fire security alarm that comprises of sensors, heat & fire detectors.
Confidentiality
- Non-Disclosure agreement is signed by every employee at the time of recruitment & any breach to any clause of agreement may result immediate termination of employment.
- Likewise the Non-disclosure agreement is also signed with clients to ensure their data & commercial interest are protected and job is performed as per the standards defined in engagement letter.
